Ruslana Lyzhychko: European Parliament Press Conference Scheduled for February 19, 2014

Up until this time, I’ve been at the European Parliament.

There will be an emergency press conference at 11:00 with Jacek Saryusz-Wolski, Vice President of the European Parliament, and Elmar Brok, Head of the Foreign Affairs Committee.

A maximum number of European mass media are expected there.

I will demand immediate sanctions and the arrival of international observer missions to Ukraine.  In particular, it is clear that the OSCE is already reviewing the possibility of having such a mission, something I had been working on 4 days ago in Vienna.

I will do everything I can to bring as many international politicians and representatives of independent international organizations to Kyiv.

The only way to stop the escalation of cruelty is Yanukovych’s resignation!
